Long-Term Truck Rental — Nevada

Long-Term Truck Rental in Nevada. Mine-Ready, Monthly, Ready When Your Program Starts.

Monthly pickup truck rentals for mining, mineral exploration, construction, and infrastructure clients across Nevada and the Intermountain West. Every truck comes pre-configured to clear a mine site gate inspection on arrival.

Why Monthly Rental

Built for Projects That Run Longer Than a Weekend

A drill program doesn't end in 48 hours. Neither does a six-month exploration campaign or a road construction contract in a remote Nevada basin. Daily rental trucks aren't designed for this kind of work, and the economics don't make sense past the first week.

High Grade Fleet Services offers monthly pickup truck rentals for mining, mineral exploration, construction, and infrastructure clients across Nevada and the Intermountain West. Every truck in the fleet comes pre-configured as a mine-ready pickup truck — equipped to clear a mine site gate inspection without modifications, without sourcing equipment separately, and without the two-day delay that follows when a national rental truck gets turned away at the guard shack.

Standard Equipment

What's Included on Every Long-Term Rental

There is no premium tier for compliance equipment at High Grade Fleet. Every truck on every rental ships with:

10-Ply Load Range E All-Terrain Tires

All four wheels plus a matching full-size spare. Selected for haul roads, remote access routes, and terrain that would leave a standard rental waiting for a tow.

ABC-Rated Fire Extinguisher

Bracket-mounted with a current metal inspection tag. Tick this box before you even reach the site.

Two Rubber Wheel Chocks

Stored in the bed, accessible without tools. 30 CFR 56.14207 requires wheel chocking on any grade. Most rental trucks don't come with chocks. Ours always do.

Saddle-Style Lockable Truck Bed Toolbox

Secure storage in the field, standard.

Trailer Towing Package

Receiver hitch, 7-pin wiring, and a rated ball.

First Aid Kit

Required on most sites. Present on every truck.

Optional equipment available on request includes buggy whips (height-adjustable, configurable to site specs), strobe lights, reflective tape, safety cones, and white-label branding for corporate fleet programs. For full specifications and model details, see our truck specs and configurations.

Program Economics

Monthly Rental Makes Sense. Here's Why.

A national chain will charge you a daily rate plus fees for the duration of a six-week program. Monthly terms change the math. One consistent rate for the duration of the program, equipment that's already configured, and no scramble to retrofit a truck that was designed for someone picking up furniture on a Saturday.

Long-term also means the truck stays with the crew. The geologist who drove it to the first hole on day one is still driving it on day 45. Field crews work better with familiar equipment, and program managers don't spend time on logistics every week.

Fleet Programs

Multi-Truck Programs for Exploration and Field Crews

If you're managing a drill program, a seasonal exploration campaign, or a construction project that requires more than one truck, the logistics of running multiple national rentals through different accounts with inconsistent equipment is its own full-time job.

High Grade Fleet builds exploration truck rental programs around multi-truck needs. Four trucks for a small campaign. Ten for a larger field season. One point of contact, consistent equipment across every unit, and program-level pricing discussed directly. The fleet was built by people who have managed field programs firsthand. When you call High Grade Fleet, you're talking to people who understand what it means to have a truck fail to clear the gate two hours into a project morning.
